If you find yourself needing to return an item, you have a full 14 days from the date of receipt to initiate the return process. It’s important to us that your return experience is as smooth as possible, so here’s what you need to know:
Eligibility for Returns:
To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original condition unworn, unused, and with all tags still attached. We also ask that you keep the original packaging, as this helps ensure that your item is returned safely.
How to Start a Return:
To kick off the return process, simply reach out to us via email. We’ll guide you through the steps and provide you with a return shipping label. Please remember that items sent back without prior authorization may not be accepted, so it’s always best to contact us first.
Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item, we’ll inspect it to ensure it meets our return criteria. If everything checks out, we’ll process your refund to your original payment method within 10 business days. Keep in mind that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to reflect the refund in your account.
